September 1980 found us in a U-Haul truck loaded with all our earthly belongings; my wife, Donitta, and I, and our three young daughters: Gina, Dana, and Jeniffer. Our vision was to establish a church in the inner city of Seattle. Within three days of our arrival, the Lord provided a place to live and a building to start the ministry in. We began by going out on the streets to reach those who were homeless, drug and alcohol addicts, prostitutes, and all those whose lives were entangled in the web of sin. Many lives were changed by the message of the Cross and the miracle-working power of the Gospel.

In 1990, following the leading of the Holy Spirit, we left the inner city and began to travel, based out of a local church. In October of 1995 we became pastors of Kirkland Assembly. We began this new challenge in the suburbs of Seattle with a heart for revival and a desire to see God move. From that time until now, God has been faithful in answering our prayers.

In July of 1997, while doing some work on the roof of a house I fell 30 feet landing on the sidewalk. I crushed my pelvis, separating the spine from the pelvis, broke my back, dislocated my shoulder and fractured my elbow. I was taken to Harbor View trauma center were I spent 23 days.

On the third day the doctors did surgery to repair and align broken bones. The doctors used 26 pins and screws to repair the damage. That evening the head doctor came to my wife Donitta and reported he did know if I would be able to walk again and if I did I would be crippled the rest of my life. Needles to say that was the doctor report and not the report of the Lord.

On the fourth night I had a visitation from the Lord and He said, “I will raise you up and you will continue to preach my Word.” Within 12 weeks I was standing in the pulpit preaching the Word. “God is Faithful” Since that time until now lives are being changed, bodies are being healed and many are receiving their deliverance.

In 2005 due to growth, we began to pray about a new location. The Lord challenged us to move from Kirkland to Kent. Following the Holy Spirit, Victory Life Center is now located in a new 25,000 square foot building with parking capacity of 500. The passion to Win people for Jesus; see those who have been won connected to the body; disciple by training and equipping people with the Word; and releasing men and women to do the work of the ministry is the heart of myself and Victory Life Center.

The vision birthed in our hearts in 1980 until now has not diminished. This is the final hour and the church is on the brink of one of the greatest outpourings of apostolic release ever experienced. It is time to “Reap the Harvest”! Get ready, don’t be left behind!
